Digital Product Lead – Shopify

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the migration of prAna’s eCommerce platform from Salesforce to Shopify Plus.

• Take ownership of the complete Shopify Plus product lifecycle, which includes defining the roadmap, managing the backlog, and prioritizing features.

• Ensure alignment of prAna’s digital roadmap with the wider corporate strategy.

• Advocate for compliance with U.S. eCommerce regulations, data privacy, and best practices for accessibility.

• Oversee the implementation of a headless storefront utilizing Shopify Hydrogen and Oxygen.

• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to enhance checkout processes, payments, merchandising, and personalization.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics, continuously iterating to boost engagement and conversion rates.

• Act as a liaison among business, design, engineering, and agency partners to provide cohesive commerce experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in digital commerce product management, including at least 4 years with Shopify Plus.

• Demonstrated success in leading Shopify migrations from legacy systems.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. eCommerce regulations, PCI DSS, and ADA/WCAG standards.

• Experience in managing various agencies and third-party partnerships.

• Familiarity with Adobe/Google Analytics and best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Understanding of Shopify Plus platform capabilities, APIs, and its application ecosystem.

• Ideally, experience in implementing Shopify POS for omnichannel retail.
