This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and support initiatives aimed at engaging members through national and chapter-specific programming, awards, advocacy, education, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Create content for member-facing campaigns across various platforms including email, web, app, and events.
• Collaborate with Chapter teams and internal stakeholders to collect inputs and refine messaging.
• Oversee public-facing membership pages and content related to members on the GRAMMY app and member portal.
• Manage the use of event and digital platforms, ensuring chapter event builds align with brand and messaging standards.
• Guarantee that chapter events are integrated and featured on the Member Portal.
• Develop reusable templates for events and set turnaround-time expectations for chapter event requests.
• Coordinate execution across email, web, app, and event platforms as part of a quality-control process.
• Assist in the rollout and management of member community platforms like Slack, including beta moderation.
• Facilitate post-event evaluations, reporting, stakeholder summaries, data analysis, and post-event communications.
• Maintain an advanced understanding of the GRAMMY Awards calendar, criteria, and processes.
• Create scalable systems for member communications.
• Ensure that execution aligns with Member Experience standards, direction, and priorities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, event production/management, and customer service.
• Preferred experience or connections in the music business, music production, or music education.
• Knowledge of event and marketing platforms, such as Blackthorn, Swoogo, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM platforms.
• Strong skills in copywriting and content development.
• Understanding of brand voice, messaging consistency, and content standards.
• Experience managing website content using CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Proven experience executing campaigns across email, web, app, and event platforms.
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Slack or Discord, including basic moderation and best practices for community engagement is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new digital systems.
• Cross-functional experience with marketing, creative, digital, and program teams.
• Basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while demonstrating strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
