Digital Marketing Specialist – Part-time, Dayshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish, oversee, monitor, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

• Refresh ad creatives and offer strategic suggestions based on campaign performance.

• Construct, upload, schedule, and execute email/SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.

• Transform approved Figma designs into Klaviyo campaigns while managing CRM workflows.

• Plan and publish content across various brands.

• Design social media assets in Figma utilizing client-provided text and brand guidelines.

• Generate and organize performance reports for paid ads, social media, email, and SMS.

• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

• Develop repeatable marketing processes and workflows.

• Organize campaign materials in Google Workspace and suggest innovative strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of pertinent digital marketing experience.

• Highly independent and skilled in creating systems and workflows from the ground up.

• Proficient in performance marketing, especially with Meta/Google Ads.

• Strong expertise in email/CRM marketing.

• Excellent reading/comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Competent experience with Figma, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and paid advertising platforms.

• Capability to proactively suggest enhancements to campaigns and manage up to seven different brands without detailed instructions.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service with a speed of at least 10 Mbps.
