This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and produce social media content for our channels, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories, starting from the initial concept to the final edit.

• Adapt current trends into formats that align with our brand identity.

• Be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, engaging in the entire process from brainstorming and filming to editing.

• Gradually participate in performance marketing: setting up campaigns, managing advertisements, analyzing data, and drawing insightful conclusions.

• Share your own ideas for integrating content with performance metrics.

• If interested and qualified, create your own content formats for clients as well.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related discipline.

• You actively manage your own social media channel and have a deep understanding of platform dynamics, including algorithms, formats, sounds, and timing.

• You possess a keen aesthetic sense; visual language and editing come naturally to you.

• You take initiative and don’t wait for instructions to act.

• Ideally, you have some preliminary ideas or experience in performance marketing, though this is not mandatory.

• Proficient German language skills and a strong sense of tone of voice are essential.
