Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and enhance paid search, paid social, and retargeting initiatives.

• Oversee campaign budgets and evaluate performance relative to lead and pipeline objectives.

• Formulate audience targeting strategies across various channels.

• Experiment with and refine messaging, creative content, and landing pages.

• Design and implement email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys using HubSpot.

• Assist in nurturing leads across diverse buyer personas.

• Support lead scoring and segmentation efforts.

• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaigns.

• Assist with webinars, events, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate campaign assets and digital promotions across multiple channels.

• Oversee social media publishing and paid social campaigns.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Track campaign KPIs, including CPL, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI.

• Generate regular performance reports and dashboards.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide insights based on campaign and funnel performance.

• Propel pipeline growth and support revenue goals through digital marketing initiatives.

• Work alongside Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Practical experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

• Strong grasp of lead generation and demand generation strategies.

• Experience in analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics.

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.

• HubSpot certification is a plus.

• Google Ads certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience in supporting webinars and virtual events is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization is preferred.
