This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the Google Ads and LinkedIn paid media strategy and execution, covering account structure, budgets, bids, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis.
• Develop the organic SEO and AI-search initiatives, which include establishing technical foundations, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and content briefs.
• Lead top-of-funnel demand generation programs such as search and social capture, content syndication, retargeting, and paid account-based marketing (ABM).
• Manage landing pages, A/B testing, form and funnel optimization, and Qualified chatbot conversion routing through Salesforce.
• Oversee tracking and reporting, ensuring UTM discipline, maintaining Salesforce campaign hygiene, and conducting pipeline-by-channel reporting.
• Engage directly with marketing platforms and data without relying on any intermediary vendors.
• Report on digital contributions to the pipeline by vertical using metrics aligned with sales objectives.
• Reduce spending on underperforming programs and swiftly act on optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, Vertical Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
• Establish paid media ownership, SEO foundations, and conversion testing within the first 90 days.
• Deliver pipeline dashboards, increase organic traffic, and achieve program-attributed deals within six months.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience for B2B, with actual budget ownership.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/MAP platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot; experience with ZoomInfo and Gong is also beneficial.
• Capability to conduct technical SEO audits, prepare content briefs, and elucidate search visibility, including AI search aspects.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with established testing frameworks.
• A pipeline-first mentality focused on identifying opportunities and revenue influence.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders with clear briefs and strict timelines.
• Comfort in working independently while managing agency-sized scopes.
• Regular use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, briefs, and creative iteration.
• Experience in fintech or selling to financial institutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms and tiered account strategies is advantageous.
• Experience in marketing embedded/API products or private label offerings is desirable.
• A background in growth, social, or partner marketing is beneficial.
• Experience utilizing behavioral and intent data for targeting is a plus.
• Design and creative sensibility for briefing ad creatives is a nice-to-have.
