This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients as their main strategic partner and daily point of contact.
• Convert client business objectives into comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid search, social media, SEO, email, and new channels.
• Lead periodic client meetings to showcase campaign performance, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee client budget allocation across various channels and advise on budget optimization strategies.
• Serve as a point of escalation between client stakeholders and internal Chartis leadership.
• Identify and define opportunities to enhance Chartis's value for each client.
• Supervise a team of digital marketers, setting clear expectations for quality, output, and professional development.
• Mentor team members on advanced campaign strategies, analytics, and strategic thinking.
• Establish consistent operational procedures, tool standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement AI-driven workflows and tools to boost team efficiency and enhance client capabilities.
• Foster team growth through constructive feedback, skill-building opportunities, and career development discussions.
• Engage in hands-on campaign work and instruct team members on advanced techniques.
• 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing and media planning.
• Practical experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ad Manager, and email marketing.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Google Data Studio or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proven experience in team management and development, including coaching and skill enhancement.
• A track record of confidently managing senior client relationships.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms like Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase, or Triblio.
• Experience in developing and executing digital strategies for high-consideration purchase journeys.
• Knowledge of CDPs, DMPs, or marketing automation platforms.
• Proficient with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Exposure to SEO, CRO, or website analytics initiatives.
• Understanding of GA4 event tracking, tagging, and attribution methodologies.
• Familiarity with data management platforms, CDPs, and CRMs.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to efficiently create deliverables or prototype new capabilities.
