📋 Description

• Conduct research on the latest trends, digital content, and competitor activities.

• Develop and implement innovative campaign ideas with a defined budget.

• Assist in the creation, editing, and launch of marketing videos.

• Perform keyword and inquiry research, suggesting AEO and SEO strategies.

• Manage both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance domain authority and website traffic.

• Create new content and refine existing whitepapers, blogs, and other materials.

• Generate captivating social media content and analyze performance metrics.

• Design and propose public relations initiatives to boost brand recognition.

• Evaluate market trends to pinpoint key areas of opportunity.

• Represent Retensa’s thought leadership and services to potential clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Resourceful undergraduate seniors or graduate students majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or Journalism.

• A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 in a relevant field of study.

• At least three competencies in areas such as Social Media, Blogging, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Lead Generation, Google Analytics, AdWords, or Canva.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Capability to handle multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and take initiative.

• Understanding of current social media and digital marketing trends.

• Availability to work up to 24 hours per week, spanning 3 to 4 days each week.

• Internship duration of approximately fourteen weeks.
