This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance key client relationships while acting as the main point of accountability for designated clients.
β’ Oversee client accounts and related projects from the initial request and scoping through planning, production, delivery, completion, and closure.
β’ Facilitate strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, roadmap discussions, and executive presentations.
β’ Create project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, briefs, budgets, and resource allocations.
β’ Coordinate efforts across Strategy, Creative, Content, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and production teams.
β’ Lead internal kickoffs, status meetings, working sessions, and daily communications with clients.
β’ Identify and address risks, roadblocks, scope changes, resource requirements, and budgetary concerns for projects.
β’ Formulate account growth strategies and pinpoint additional projects, services, retainers, and strategic collaborations.
β’ Track account revenue, forecasts, profitability, utilization, project performance, and client satisfaction.
β’ Manage new business pitch processes, qualify RFPs, and direct proposals, presentations, scopes, estimates, and strategic recommendations.
β’ Cultivate relationships with potential clients, industry contacts, and partners.
β’ Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating cross-functional decisions, and mentoring less experienced members of the Client Services team.
β’ Contribute to enhancing Client Services processes, project management standards, and business development practices.
β’ 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, project management, business development, consulting, digital marketing, or a similar professional services context.
β’ Significant experience in a digital, creative, marketing, technology, or integrated agency environment is preferred.
β’ Proven experience in managing client relationships and the projects related to those accounts concurrently.
β’ Strong project management skills, including scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-value client relationships and building rapport with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
β’ Established ability to recognize and develop organic account growth opportunities.
β’ Experience leading or playing a key role in new business pitches, RFP responses, proposals, presentations, estimates, and scope development.
β’ Solid understanding of agency financial fundamentals, including revenue forecasting, project budgets, profitability, and utilization.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of digital strategy and services, capable of linking business challenges to multidisciplinary solutions.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strong executive presence.
β’ Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
β’ Capability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on project management.
β’ Willingness to travel for client meetings, pitches, conferences, and agency events as required.
