This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide the roadmap for how the website and digital assets align with pipeline, branding, and growth objectives.

• Take ownership of the Webflow CMS, including page structure, design system implementation, publishing processes, and overall site performance.

• Oversee technical SEO aspects, which include site architecture, crawlability, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and on-page optimization.

• Enhance visibility in AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

• Ensure visual and user experience quality in collaboration with brand resources.

• Collaborate with developers on custom Webflow builds, integrations, and technical execution.

• Monitor organic, direct, and referral traffic, on-site conversions, web performance, MQLs, and pipeline metrics.

• Manage domains, redirects, and potential platform or brand migrations in the future.

• Work alongside marketing, design, content, PR, developers, and external partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or a closely related field.

• B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Webflow, including Designer, CMS, interactions, hosting, and publishing.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals.

• Familiarity with AI Overviews, AI Mode, and LLM-based assistants, and strategies for optimizing visibility through GEO/AEO.

• A genuine design sensibility with the capability to direct and assess creative work.

• Basic front-end development skills, including fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ability to manage external development resources effectively.

• Experience in integrating CRM, email/marketing automation, forms, chat, and personalization tools.

• Proficient in troubleshooting website bugs, performance issues, and compatibility across different browsers/devices.

• Capable of deriving insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and ideally Salesforce or similar CRM reporting tools.

• Competent in maintaining site security, backups, and basic web infrastructure/hosting needs.

• Ability to stay updated on web and martech trends and suggest improvements to the tech stack.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• A portfolio link is required.
