Digital Experience Lead – UX Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of the UI/UX workstream for the HCM Platform initiative.

• Establish and uphold experience governance throughout the HCM Platform implementation.

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational accessibility standards, including readiness for audits and evidence gathering.

• Supervise user experience quality across comprehensive HR processes and journeys.

• Align stakeholders regarding the capabilities and limitations of the HCM Platform, proactively managing expectations.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to user experience and accessibility.

• Ensure a consistent experience for both employees and managers across the platform.

• Collaborate with business, HR, technology, change, and implementation teams to integrate UX principles into program decisions.

• Coordinate specialized support from external UX/accessibility subject matter experts and ongoing accessibility initiatives.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term objectives for employee experience.

• Establish governance for accessibility and operational ownership for the transition to business operations.

• Provide UX contributions to design, testing, change management, communications, and deployment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior program or transformation leader with extensive experience in leading UX, Employee Experience (EX), or digital experience initiatives.

• Proven history of success in large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, or digital transformation programs.

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and governance.

• In-depth understanding of accessibility standards and compliance requirements.

• Ability to critically assess design decisions while balancing business, technology, regulatory, and user needs.

• Experienced in promoting adoption, minimizing complexity, and enhancing end-user productivity through user-centered design.

• Possession of Lithuanian citizenship.
