Digital Experience Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the digital experience component of the HR platform initiative

• Ensure the platform is intuitive, straightforward, and user-friendly

• Take into account accessibility standards throughout the project

• Analyze user journeys and pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Collaborate closely with HR, business, IT, project, and change management teams

• Offer expertise on user experience and assist teams in making user-centric decisions

• Identify and mitigate risks related to UX and accessibility

• Maintain a uniform user experience across various sections of the platform

• Help manage stakeholder expectations and clarify the platform's capabilities and limitations

• Facilitate user experience activities throughout design, testing, implementation, and launch phases

• Engage with external UX and accessibility experts as necessary

• Ensure that the solution aligns with the company's future digital and employee experience requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX, User Experience, Digital Experience, Employee Experience, or a related field

• Background in large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, or digital transformation projects

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication

• Solid understanding of accessibility and related standards

• Experience collaborating with diverse business and technology teams

• Ability to grasp user needs and translate them into actionable solutions

• Capacity to challenge concepts and propose enhancements as necessary

• Experience in large and complex organizations

• Excellent English communication skills
