Digital Employee Experience Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engineer, manage, and enhance the Nexthink Infinity platform, which includes Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and role-based access controls.

• Guarantee the stability, scalability, performance, security, and integrity of the Nexthink environment.

• Assist with platform upgrades, feature adoption, ongoing improvements, technical documentation, training materials, operational playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Create, test, and sustain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows focused on endpoint health, application performance, configuration, compliance, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.

• Develop reusable automation frameworks, engineering standards, and scalable remediation capabilities aimed at minimizing manual support efforts.

• Facilitate integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms utilizing APIs, web services, and automation technologies.

• Operationalize DEX insights and remediation workflows in accordance with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance requirements.

• Construct Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and reporting solutions leveraging NQL and platform analytics.

• Monitor the digital experience, identify trends and root causes, discover automation opportunities, and convert telemetry and employee experience data into actionable insights.

• Design and oversee Nexthink Campaigns and employee engagement initiatives to collect feedback, measure sentiment, support organizational change, and enhance employee technology experiences.

• Remain up-to-date on Nexthink capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Public Trust clearance is required, with the ability to obtain Secret or higher clearance as necessary.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, along with 4–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.

• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and transforming insights into actionable improvements.

• Experience working within complex enterprise environments alongside cross-functional engineering and operations teams.

• Practical expertise with Nexthink Remote Actions, Investigations and Dashboards, Campaigns and Alerts, Application Experience and Software Metering, and Nexthink Query Language (NQL).

• Proficiency in PowerShell is required.

• Bash/Shell scripting knowledge is preferred.

• Experience in designing and developing automated remediation and self-healing solutions.

• Background in building integrations using APIs, web services, and automation platforms.

• Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with endpoint management, security, and compliance, including Intune, SCCM, or Jamf.

• Experience with Microsoft 365.

• Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID.

• Preferred: Nexthink certification(s), Nexthink AI Drive and Adopt, ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/asset management, Splunk or other observability platforms, DEX frameworks, employee sentiment measurement, XLOs, and scaling Nexthink in large enterprise environments supporting over 10,000 endpoints.
