Digital Consulting Director – Oracle Cloud Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders from Huron and clients to design and implement enterprise technology solutions

• Achieve results that meet or surpass engagement goals

• Oversee client engagement delivery

• Lead teams and manage various programs

• Build lasting relationships with clients

• Generate additional project opportunities with clients

• Facilitate Oracle Financials design sessions across various modules

• Guide solution architecture and ensure effective delivery execution

• Manage onshore and offshore support teams

• Estimate project requirements and plan implementations

• Handle multiple projects with varying scales and timeframes

• Train and support the professional growth of Huron staff

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on large-scale enterprise platform implementations

• Ability to lead design sessions across multiple Oracle Financial modules and take a hands-on approach

• Demonstrated experience in leading Oracle Financial implementations as both a Finance Architect and Engagement Lead, with a focus on solution architecture and delivery execution

• Comfortable managing both onshore and offshore support resources

• Experience in project estimation, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and collaborative relationships

• Capability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially savvy client executives

• Proven thought leadership through speaking engagements and/or publications

• Familiarity with Oracle EPM is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scales and durations

• Proficient in training and contributing to the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical areas

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
