Digital Consulting Associate, Core Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Hands-on implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, collaborating closely with senior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

• Work alongside clients to design future-state business processes and develop functional solution designs.

• Execute or supervise configuration, testing, and provide training and end-user support.

• Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.

• Work with senior team members to gain insights into best practices and enhance technical and functional expertise.

• Manage project work streams, oversee work plans, conduct analytics and reporting, and engage with clients through presentations.

• Partner with client staff and leadership for effective collaboration.

• Mentor and manage junior Huron staff to foster their professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Proven experience in analyzing requirements, drafting functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with business users.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with team members and clients.

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute within a fast-paced consulting environment.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating results and issues to both internal and client teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
