Digital Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients from the onboarding phase through the execution of campaigns.

• Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients by comprehending their objectives and delivering significant value.

• Address client inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

• Oversee the complete execution of influencer campaigns.

• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to source and align creators with client needs.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns effectively.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Assist brands in crafting advertising creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.

• Work with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to enhance briefs and offer constructive feedback.

• Partner with the Paid Media Specialist to optimize content in alignment with performance marketing goals.

• Ensure that creator content adheres to brand guidelines.

• Coordinate post-production processes and the final delivery of creative assets.

• Provide constructive feedback to creators and the production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in account management, client success, or project management, preferably within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing context.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), and paid social strategies.

• Outstanding project management and organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company is a plus.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies is a bonus.

• Availability from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

• Must reside in LATAM and work under a contractor agreement.
