Digital Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients from the onboarding process through to campaign execution.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships by comprehending their objectives and requirements.

• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and guarantee client satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance influencer marketing campaigns.

• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to identify and match creators with campaigns.

• Monitor campaign schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Keep clients and internal teams informed on campaign status and forthcoming steps.

• Assist brands in generating innovative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.

• Evaluate briefs and provide insights alongside Creative Strategists and Motion Designers.

• Work in conjunction with Paid Media Specialists to synchronize content with campaign objectives and performance.

• Ensure creator content aligns with brand standards and campaign specifications.

• Facilitate content editing and final delivery in collaboration with Motion Designers.

• Review content and offer constructive feedback to creators and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in account management, client success, or project management.

• Experience in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing is preferred.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing, encompassing influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social strategies.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns concurrently.

• Outstanding communication skills with proven experience in fostering and maintaining client relationships.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adept at collaborating with various teams.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in problem-solving.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and paid media campaigns is a plus.

• Required availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET).

• This is a remote contractor position.

• Must possess the ability to work in Colombia.
