This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure and assist with clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record software for Acute Care member clinics.
• Engage with members and internal personnel to deliver precise, secure, and effective workflow solutions.
• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and sustaining features.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical problems.
• Collaborate with various departments on project executions and member maintenance concerns.
• Develop and refine technical documentation for process enhancement and interdepartmental alignment.
• Gain expertise in technical design, analysis, and system improvements.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Provide support for Go-Live installations or training, which may involve travel.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in Beaker.
• Epic Beaker CP certification or demonstrated proficiency is essential.
• Epic certification in Order Transmittal or EpicCare Ambulatory is preferred.
• A background in lab operations is mandatory.
• Experience working in a medical laboratory as a medical technologist or scientist is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with an LIS system is greatly desired.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Excellent communication skills with both application and technical team members as well as end users.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.
• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment is required prior to the team interview.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
