This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a designated territory of diagnostic clients throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Islands.
• Perform regular on-site and remote check-ins with customers to ensure performance metrics and budget adherence.
• Offer technical assistance, troubleshooting, training, and education related to diagnostic solutions.
• Promote additional product sales, identify potential leads, and work collaboratively with team members.
• Provide exceptional post-sale service through effective implementation and staff training.
• Install and configure diagnostic devices, routers, network switches, practice management software connectivity, and online platforms.
• Facilitate customer onboarding, including pre-onboarding processes, installation, training, and follow-up support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, competition, and market trends.
• Collaborate with various business units to enhance customer experiences and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage resources, schedule calls, arrange travel, oversee the territory budget, maintain customer records, and report expenses.
• A post-secondary degree in biological sciences, business, or veterinary technology.
• Required sales experience.
• Preferred management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in consultative (solution) selling techniques.
• In-depth understanding of veterinary hospital operations, including laboratory and clinical procedures, practice management, staff training, and workflow.
• Capable of interpreting scientific and medical information.
• Strong computer and technical proficiency.
• Must be a resident of the Greater Vancouver Area.
