This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of White Circle's developer relations, focusing on how engineers and AI researchers discover, comprehend, and adopt its offerings.
• Spearhead technical launches for open-source initiatives and developer tools such as the Halo framework.
• Craft launch narratives and demonstrations leading up to the launch day.
• Create and disseminate blog posts, tutorials, walkthroughs, demos, and updates on X and LinkedIn.
• Organize and facilitate hackathons, meetups, and technical events, primarily in San Francisco and New York.
• Cultivate and expand a technical community around White Circle's open-source efforts and platform.
• Establish and oversee technical partnerships and collaborations with AI labs, developer-tools firms, and research teams.
• Provide technical insights for promotional and product videos in partnership with design and creative teams.
• Monitor signups, repository stars, views, event participation, and the hiring pipeline, optimizing strategies based on the outcomes.
• Robust technical background as a software engineer, ML engineer, or researcher.
• Experience in a technical product company, preferably in development tools, infrastructure, databases, or AI.
• Proven experience in organizing hackathons, meetups, or technical events, showcasing measurable results such as attendance, signups, and projects generated.
• An active following among engineers and/or AI researchers on platforms like X, LinkedIn, GitHub, or elsewhere.
• Deep understanding of the AI tooling landscape, including coding agents, evaluation frameworks, open-source models, and pertinent builders.
• Capability to present complex technical subjects in an engaging manner for developers without oversimplifying.
• Ability to take initiative and act swiftly without needing constant direction.
• Must be based in the US or available to work US hours; candidates in SF or New York are preferred, although exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered.
• Proficient in English.
