DevOps, AWS – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, refine, and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform and Terragrunt across Production, QA, and Development environments.

• Develop and implement automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Administer blue/green deployments on AWS ECS Fargate.

• Design, set up, and execute cross-region disaster recovery strategies.

• Incorporate advanced observability features using CloudWatch and X-Ray.

• Model component architecture and project costs/licensing over a five-year span.

• Ensure service continuity, security, and high availability.

• Collaborate on strategies with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in Senior DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Architecture positions.

• A professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Required).

• Expertise in AWS (ECS Fargate, Aurora, CloudWatch, X-Ray), AWS CLI, and Docker.

• Strong practical experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and creating pipelines in GitHub Actions.

• Background in designing and executing cross-region architectures, disaster recovery plans, and blue/green deployments.

• Knowledge of infrastructure and communication requirements within financial services/banking sectors.

• Capability to make intricate technical decisions and enhance infrastructure independently.

• Operational resilience and analytical skills to manage critical incidents and ensure platform operational continuity.

• Ability to coordinate strategies with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.

• Proficiency in Spanish – B2.
