This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Ensure the integrity of data within the fundraising Salesforce database.
• Manage Salesforce data entry, oversight, enhancement, reporting, and auditing processes.
• Evaluate fundraising and revenue-generating data while maintaining dashboards and essential reports.
• Supervise the part-time Gift Processing Associate.
• Guarantee timely and accurate entry, acknowledgment, and reporting of gifts in Salesforce.
• Draft and execute technical guidelines for Salesforce during the annual budget preparation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Classy/GoFundMe Pro, providing training and support.
• Maintain systems that integrate Salesforce with GoFundMe Pro, DonorSearch, and Conga Composer.
• Oversee the processing and data accuracy of organizational gifts.
• Participate in revenue and cash reconciliation meetings alongside the accounting team.
• Train development staff on donor stewardship, cultivation methods, and Salesforce usage.
• Assist with Salesforce enhancement initiatives, communicating changes and available resources.
• Enhance systems and processes in collaboration with Salesforce Administration, Accounting, and Development Operations.
• Refine tracking systems for FFS, local government, and AmeriCorps grants.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for regional support inquiries and customer service initiatives.
• Lead training sessions and presentations on gifts processing.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for development staff.
• Generate mailing lists, donor lists, and annual appeal lists.
• Maintain protocols for gift processing, pledge forms, tax receipt templates, Library updates, third-party gift processing, and matching gift requests.
• Organize and disseminate resources through the Reading Partners Library, Google Drive, and other platforms.
• Create and update training materials as necessary.
• Collaborate with national development leadership to formulate fundraising strategies and engage stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, identify contributors and deadlines, and ensure timely project completion.
• Foster collaborative relationships throughout the organization to achieve fundraising objectives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in development, fundraising, or other revenue-generating roles.
• At least 1 year of proven management experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM database.
• Customer service-focused with a history of building strong collegial relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

• Eligibility to legally work in the U.S. must be demonstrable.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
