This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the cultivation, solicitation, renewal, and stewardship of corporate partners, sponsors, and potential clients.
• Oversee assigned relationships and prospect portfolios utilizing Salesforce.
• Conduct research on potential corporate partners that align with Move For Hunger’s mission.
• Create tailored proposals, pitch materials, sponsorship packages, meeting briefs, and follow-up communications.
• Identify engagement opportunities with partners, including employee giving, food drives, volunteering, and cause-marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the fulfillment of sponsorships and partner recognition alongside Development and Marketing teams.
• Represent Move For Hunger at donor meetings, partner calls, conferences, networking events, and community functions.
• Assist in managing the pipeline, partner strategies, prospecting, and revenue planning.
• Execute and oversee individual giving program components, donor segmentation, communication calendars, stewardship, and performance tracking.
• Administer annual giving campaigns, which include year-end appeals, GivingTuesday, outreach to recurring donors, renewals, and digital or email solicitations.
• Perform research on donors and prospects to identify cultivation opportunities, major gift prospects, lapsed donors, and individuals connected to the mission.
• Create personalized stewardship and cultivation communications, acknowledgments, impact updates, donor reports, thank-you notes, and renewal outreach.
• Record gift history, engagement details, interests, capacity indicators, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Monitor metrics such as donor retention, average gift size, recurring giving, response rates to appeals, and acquisition results.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of donor and partner records, supporting gift processing, acknowledgments, recognition, impact reporting, and stewardship.
• Track revenue objectives, pipeline health, follow-up requirements, and fundraising activities using Salesforce and associated tools.
• Collaborate on revenue-generating opportunities, fundraising strategies, organizational campaigns, processes, templates, tracking tools, and calendars.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while contributing to team and organizational initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or events, demonstrating a proven ability to independently manage relationships, cultivate donor pipelines, and steward gifts throughout their lifecycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Skilled in using Salesforce and Canva.
• Comfortable with remote work tools, such as video conferencing, Slack, and project management platforms like Asana.
• Willingness to travel nationally for donor meetings, conferences, team gatherings, or special events as necessary.
• Capable of managing corporate partnerships, donor pipelines, relationship management, fundraising operations, and CRM records.
• Ability to leverage data to prioritize activities, monitor outcomes, enhance processes, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong skills in communication, networking, negotiation, self-directed work, adaptability, and attention to detail.
