Development and Grant Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute a thorough fundraising strategy.

• Cultivate ministry partners who will learn about, pray for, serve, contribute to, and promote the mission of Thousand Pines.

• Seek corporate and government funding through solicitation and grant writing.

• Identify significant gift opportunities in collaboration with the Camp Director.

• Maintain engagement with major donors through research and concise writing.

• Work with the Communications/Marketing team to create fundraising materials that showcase programs.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Full alignment with TMC and TRCC's mission, vision, values, doctrinal statement, and handbook.

• A vibrant and evolving faith in Jesus Christ, accompanied by godly character and integrity.

• Strong organizational and detail management skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Focused on building relationships and providing service.

• Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods.

• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, with dependable transportation.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
