Developer, Tibco/Workato

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and create integration solutions utilizing Tibco and/or Workato to connect various applications and systems.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement and manage data mappings, transformations, and workflows to facilitate seamless data exchange.

• Monitor and resolve issues in integration processes, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

• Produce technical documentation for integration processes and solutions.

• Stay informed about the latest features and best practices in Tibco and Workato to continuously enhance integration efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing integrations using Tibco (Tibco BusinessWorks, Tibco EMS, etc.) and/or Workato.

• Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST and SOAP services.

• Experience with data transformation tools and techniques (JSON, XML, etc.).

• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.

• Ability to effectively debug and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Experience in Agile development environments.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.

• Advanced English proficiency (required).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an advantage.

• Relevant certifications in Tibco or Workato.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration solutions.

• Familiarity with other integration platforms or middleware solutions is a plus.
