This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop tools, extensions, and plugins that enhance the developer experience on Runpod, and implement metrics to assess their impact.

• Present at developer and AI-focused conferences while fostering connections with organizers and attendees.

• Engage in user activities to uncover pain points and bugs.

• Create and manage scalable content, events, and community initiatives.

• Maintain a steady presence in developer communities and share insights with Product and relevant teams.

• Formulate the DevRel strategy, prioritize integration and framework efforts, and independently address onboarding challenges.

• Convert hands-on experience with the Runpod platform into technical demos and informative content.

• Assist in expediting onboarding, minimizing friction, boosting product usage, and influencing product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in coding with Python, JavaScript, or Go.

• Background as a software engineer.

• Technical credibility with the capability to build, showcase, and discuss genuine platform implementations in detail.

• Experience in producing technical content like demos, documentation, tutorials, or sample applications for developers.

• Proven history of developing integrations or contributing to open-source initiatives within an ML/AI framework, SDK, or tooling ecosystem.

• Ability to work autonomously and independently deploy solutions.

• Familiarity with GPU computing, ML infrastructure, or AI engineering processes.

• Willingness to regularly attend in-person events and conferences.

• Capability to represent a developer-facing product in public speaking engagements.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Runpod is not currently able to sponsor employment visas.

• Preferred: Strong written communication skills.

• Preferred: Capability to produce technically in-depth videos.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AI libraries and frameworks, agent frameworks, ML infrastructure, and GPU workloads.
