Developer Engagement Team – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support in addressing daily escalations and emergencies faced by creators.

• Facilitate effective communication between Roblox personnel and creators.

• Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring precise documentation and prompt follow-up.

• Commit to a work schedule of up to 40 hours per week, primarily from Saturday to Wednesday, with on-call availability as business needs dictate.
