Developer Engagement Representative – Part-Time Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the moderation rules and guidelines set by Roblox.

• Identify and connect with potential partners within the developer community to establish and nurture a robust partnership pipeline.

• Organize and execute both online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that engage and inspire developers across various regions.

• Oversee programs from their initial concept to successful execution, establishing clear objectives, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes.

• Assist in translation and localization efforts to ensure that programs, communications, and resources are accessible and culturally appropriate for global audiences.

• Adhere to established team processes while seeking opportunities to enhance and streamline workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Tagalog.

• Must be residing in the Philippines.

• Strong understanding of Roblox and its community.

• Maintain a good standing concerning Roblox moderation history.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and one of the applied languages.

• Strong abilities in communication and relationship-building, both online and offline.

• A proactive and flexible mindset with a passion for supporting and developing a global developer ecosystem.

• Capable of working across functions and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.

• A belief that community support is essential to the company's success.

• A desire to empower and motivate our developer community.

• Familiarity with community processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or planning virtual/hybrid events is a plus.

• Preference for early career candidates or recent graduates.
