This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement state-of-the-art web applications.

• Conduct systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation for intricate applications.

• Build and sustain full-stack applications utilizing Java/Spring Boot and Angular.

• Design responsive front-end interfaces using UI templates, HTML5, CSS, and Angular.

• Develop and deploy applications within cloud environments leveraging AWS services.

• Write and utilize RESTful APIs.

• Assist in transforming legacy applications into cloud-native architectures.

• Evaluate software for responsiveness and effectiveness.

• Diagnose, debug, and enhance applications.

• Engage in Agile development methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum.

• Upgrade existing software and introduce new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Secret clearance.

• Valid CompTIA Security+ / IAT level II certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of professional experience.

• At least two (2) years of agile development experience with either Azure Dev Ops or Jira utilizing Git repositories.

• Proficient in building and maintaining web and cloud-based applications.

• Strong background in Java and the Spring Boot framework.

• Expertise in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS.

• Knowledge of Node.js for backend services or build tooling.

• Practical experience with cloud services, ideally within an AWS environment.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Competence in writing SQL for major databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Proficient in API design and documentation (e.g., JSON, OpenAPI).

• Knowledge of source control tools such as Git.

• Experience in vulnerability analysis and resolution.
