Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create visually captivating designs for both digital and print media, which includes streaming health platforms, portal products, emails, print materials, presentations, and video assets.

• Work in partnership with writers, strategists, and stakeholders to grasp project needs and deliver impactful design solutions.

• Assist in the design process from initial concept through to final execution, guided by senior designers and project leads.

• Implement and help uphold design templates, style guides, and design systems.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new design technologies.

• Oversee individual design tasks and projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Showcase design concepts to internal stakeholders and articulate the design rationale effectively.

• Ensure that design assets fulfill performance and usability criteria across various platforms and devices.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all design endeavors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related discipline.

• A portfolio that demonstrates a wide array of design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Sketch; Figma; or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Knowledge of email design, print production, and portal/web interfaces.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with web and mobile design, responsive design, and UX principles is advantageous.

• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is beneficial.

• Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong skills in communication, presentation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a focus on quality.

• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
