This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and foster the professional and disciplinary growth of the three-member design team
• Establish clear priorities, streamline processes, and uphold a high standard of design quality
• Serve as the liaison with the Creative Directors
• Transform the overarching Creative Direction into consistent implementation across relevant touchpoints
• Maintain oversight of ongoing projects, team capacity, and deadlines
• Proactively plan resources to ensure timely delivery
• Receive briefings from Creative Direction, Marketing, and other departments
• Distribute tasks based on team members’ strengths and workloads
• Engage hands-on in designing packaging, advertisements, social media content, newsletters, webshops, and other digital assets when necessary
• Manage or coordinate 3D graphics and renderings, as well as print and point-of-sale materials
• Ensure production-ready print files are clean and accurate
• Integrate AI and automation into design workflows
• Continuously enhance templates, visual systems, asset structures, and workflows to boost quality, speed, and scalability
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in brand, visual, or packaging design, complemented by a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in leading and developing team members
• Extensive background in packaging design
• Proficiency in creating production-ready print files
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
• Strong interest in AI with practical experience using Claude and other pertinent AI tools
• Familiarity with automated workflows is advantageous
• Hands-on attitude, initiative, and the capability to manage projects and priorities in an organized manner
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to collaborate closely with a Creative Director to consistently implement a unified Creative Direction
• Very good proficiency in German, at least at the C1 level
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days, or at least 35 hours per week
• Remote-first: Work completely from home.
