📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for data center projects by coordinating with third-party consultants to ensure adherence to internal quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal construction, finance, sales, and operations teams to confirm project scope, design alternatives, budgets, and delivery schedules.

• Assist in due diligence and feasibility studies for potential facility acquisitions in partnership with external specialist consultants.

• Provide oversight and technical reporting on essential design components, critical infrastructure, and scheduling tasks.

• Manage the procurement process for long-lead owner-furnished equipment.

• Support sales engineering teams in developing tailored customer solutions.

• Direct the architectural and engineering delivery of high-performance data centers throughout the EMEA region.

• Ensure that expansion projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in mission-critical design or M&E-led technical fields (e.g., Data Centers, Nuclear, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, or similar high-tech industries).

• Strong leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary design teams within client, consultancy, or contractor settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of complex electrical, mechanical, life safety, and control systems for critical facilities.

• Proficiency in national building codes.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven success in fostering collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.

• A University Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
