Design Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create scenarios that encompass rapid prototyping and iteration cycles, the development of design systems, and collaborative efforts among product design and engineering teams.

• Develop tasks related to AI-assisted application development, natural-language-to-code workflows, and rapid prototyping within the Vibecoding subdomain.

• Establish tasks focused on UX/UI design, design systems, component libraries, user research, and usability testing for the Design subdomain.

• Formulate scenarios involving AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit.

• Design scenarios utilizing Figma, Framer, and tools for design systems.

• Implement iterative prompt-driven development methodologies for Vibecoding.

• Employ human-centered design principles and heuristic evaluations for Design.

• Generate reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specifications, and usability evaluation reports.

• Create rubrics that differentiate authentic senior-level product judgment from generic tutorial-level or template-driven work.

• Collaborate with top researchers on projects aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a product designer, design lead, or AI-native engineer/vibecoder at a prominent product- or design-focused company.

• Direct responsibility for product design systems or AI-assisted development workflows that have been delivered to production.

• Proficiency in vibecoding or design tools.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices for rapid prototyping.

• A portfolio showcasing delivered work is highly preferred in lieu of a formal qualification.

• Previous experience in authoring rubrics, training materials, or design critiques is advantageous.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
