📋 Description

• Oversee design deliverables for prestigious clients, including static advertisements, landing pages, and motion storyboards.

• Enhance and refine creative outputs to uphold exceptional standards of craftsmanship, polish, and visual quality.

• Develop storyboards and visual frameworks for video and motion content.

• Collaborate with editors and motion designers to actualize creative concepts.

• Assist in creative brainstorming and contribute to pitch presentations for both new and existing clients.

• Transform strategic concepts into visually compelling designs.

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials while keeping designs innovative and suitable for various platforms.

• Work alongside design pod leads, creative strategists, and cross-functional teams.

• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance creative output across various accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates high-end design sensibilities across digital advertising, including static ads, landing pages, and motion/storyboard projects.

• Extensive expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with AI platforms to optimize workflows and generate images efficiently.

• Capability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, high-quality creative work.

• Experience in crafting storyboards for motion and video content, with a focus on pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts while adapting to varying aesthetics, standards, and feedback styles.

• Competence to oversee projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.

• Skills in motion design or animation, such as After Effects. (Preferred)

• Experience in designing landing pages and emails. (Preferred)

• Background in a performance creative setting or agency environment. (Preferred)

• Experience in designing for UI or app-centric brands. (Preferred)
