Design Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop unique static and video product page mockups that encourage customers to purchase multiple items.

• Craft highly branded homepage and category banners along with promotional boxes that align with the visual identity.

• Edit videos from influencers and customers for use on the site as social proof.

• Assist with video editing for advertisements.

• Transform approved designs into files ready for supplier replication.

• Produce 3D mockups for production purposes.

• Carry out production tasks within the established automation and prompt framework.

• Take ownership of the entire visual journey of the product, from design to shelf.

• Proficient in core graphic design software.

• Highly skilled in AI design tools, possessing in-depth knowledge rather than just surface-level familiarity.

• Experience in preparing designs for production by suppliers.

• Skills in 3D design and mockups.

• Strong mindset for automation: operates efficiently within automated systems instead of manually.

• Sensitivity to brand design.

• Proficient in video editing software.

• Works in the most automated and highest-quality manner possible.

• Experience in eCommerce.

• General experience in mockup design.
