Design Engineer – Creative Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain products and platforms utilizing state-of-the-art voice models that serve millions of users.

• Create UX/UI workflows and development strategies for the Creative Platform, Image Generation, and generative AI.

• Deliver comprehensive features across the entire stack of Creative products.

• Assist in defining the direction for features and products.

• Work in collaboration with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to address customer and internal workflow challenges.

• Define and construct new proof-of-concept products, occasionally in direct partnership with client customers.

• Enhance existing products through UX modifications, new functionalities, and integrations.

• Team up with Design, Engineering, and Growth to guarantee seamless end-to-end web experiences.

• Implement and refine designs based on user insights and industry best practices.

• Sustain and enhance internal infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security.

• Gather, manage, and process large-scale datasets for next-generation voice models.

• Guide less experienced frontend-focused engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Frontend Engineer with a keen sense of design.

• Expertise in Next.js, React, and possibly design libraries like Shadcn, Framer Motion, or D3.

• Background in web development using TypeScript/React.

• A portfolio that showcases web projects and the ability to create engaging web experiences, with a strong preference for personal branding.

• Understanding of software and system design patterns.

• Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.

• Passionate software engineering profile showcasing challenging problem-solving through previous projects, designs, or contributions on GitHub.

• Bonus: experience in creating media or creative products for enterprise clients.
