Desarrollador Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance product platforms and interfaces using current frontend technologies.

• Translate UX/UI designs into clean, reusable, and accessible frontend components.

• Employ an agile methodology for design to frontend processes, from prototyping to production.

• Collaborate with UX/UI, product, and backend teams to transform concepts into user value.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, including design handoff, publishing, and ongoing iteration.

• Create interfaces for AI products, encompassing chat experiences, agents, and assistants.

• Manage the loading and rendering of content with large data volumes or streaming capabilities.

• Design for real-time scenarios and multi-user environments with concurrent executions.

• Optimize speed, responsiveness, and user experience across all devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer building real products, ideally with an AI focus.

• Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, modern CSS, and component-based architectures.

• Strong proficiency in performance management, state management, and build tools like Vite and TanStack Query.

• Experience collaborating with Product Design in an agile flow from UX/UI to frontend.

• Background in building and maintaining a design system, co-leading components, naming conventions, and “done” criteria.

• Familiarity with content loading and processing, and handling multiple executions in parallel or real-time streams.

• Experience in real-time and multi-user scenarios using WebSockets, SSE, or WebRTC.

• Attention to detail and accessibility, clear communication, and strong teamwork skills.

• Experience integrating AI chats and agents, streaming responses, interactions with tools/agents, and assistant-like flows.

• Knowledge of current AI tools such as MCPs, Claude Code, and Cursor, with the ability to propose more efficient workflows.
