This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales goals within a specialty dermatology market.
• Establish trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clear clinical and product messaging utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with dermatology practices and healthcare-system stakeholders to enhance treatment initiation, access, and continuity of care.
• Attend and engage in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree coupled with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Proven experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including proficiency with tools such as Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Overnight stays may be required depending on territory size and business needs.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
