This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement territory and account strategies to enhance demand and meet sales goals in the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trusted relationships with dermatologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clinical and product information using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Promote Pfizer dermatology products in a compliant manner and help customers understand their appropriate use.
• Mitigate access and workflow barriers to ensure more patients can initiate and continue appropriate therapy.
• A Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will preclude hiring.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Comprehensive understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong digital engagement skills (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling models.
• Capability to reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Ability to stay overnight as required, depending on territory size and business needs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.
• Availability to participate in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
