This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clear and persuasive clinical and product messaging utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance suitable patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, strategize calls, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to refine brand strategy and execution.
• Compliantly promote Pfizer dermatology products and aid customers in understanding their appropriate use.
• Partner with dermatology practices to streamline initiation, reimbursement navigation, and continuity of care.
• Attend and engage in required virtual training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including proficiency with Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable distance from all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Capacity to stay overnight as needed, depending on territory size and business requirements.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
• Willingness to commit to mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
