This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales goals within a specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish reliable relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product information utilizing sanctioned promotional materials to sway prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement avenues, and patient support resources to enhance suitable patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Aid in product launches and offer field insights to shape brand strategies and execution.
• Travel across the designated territory and stay overnight as required based on the size of the territory and business needs.
• Attend and engage in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record adhering to company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Ability to reside within a manageable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Capability to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must have authorization to be employed in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience is preferred, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Comfort with hybrid selling models is essential.
