This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within a specialized dermatology market.
• Establish trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance access for appropriate patients.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Engage healthcare providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders across assigned accounts.
• Compliantly promote Pfizer dermatology products and assist customers in understanding their appropriate use.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of applicable work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, ability to make data-driven decisions, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong digital engagement skills (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling models.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Capability to stay overnight as necessary, depending on the territory size and business requirements.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to adhere to the mandatory virtual training schedule from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
