This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales goals within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing patterns.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance suitable patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Promote the adoption of dermatology therapies across designated accounts and territories.
• Interact with healthcare providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders through both in-person and digital channels.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, particularly in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong digital engagement skills, such as familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Capability to reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Ability to stay overnight as necessary, depending on the size of the territory and business requirements.
• Must be able to commit to mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
