This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Implement strategies for territory and account management to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trusted connections with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clear and persuasive clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional resources to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support systems to enhance appropriate patient accessibility.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in product launches and offer field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Engage healthcare providers, office personnel, and key opinion leaders to promote the adoption of dermatological therapies.
• Operate within the designated territory while fulfilling business needs through travel to accounts and offices.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that aligns with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify candidates from being hired.
• 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and influential accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thought processes.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfort with hybrid selling models.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available and will not be in the future.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• May be required to stay overnight as necessary based on territory size and business requirements.
• Attendance and participation in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026 is required.
