This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clear clinical and product messaging utilizing approved promotional materials to sway prescribing behaviors.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and discover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy and implementation.
• Compliantly promote Pfizer dermatology products and help customers comprehend appropriate usage.
• Collaborate with dermatology practices to facilitate treatment initiation, reimbursement navigation, and continuity of care.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from being considered for employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• A strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong digital engagement skills (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling models.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to reside within a workable distance of all business points in the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• May need to stay overnight based on territory size and business requirements.
• Ability to participate in the mandatory virtual training program from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
