This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clear clinical and product messages utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behaviors.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, prepare for calls, and discover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Encourage the adoption of Pfizer dermatology therapies through strategic and compliant engagements with healthcare providers.
• Partner with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office personnel, and key opinion leaders across designated accounts.
• Interact with customers through both in-person and digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree coupled with 8+ years of professional experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will render you ineligible for employment.
• Must live within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Ability to stay overnight as required, based on the size of the territory and business needs.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Mandatory attendance for virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, particularly in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-informed decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Preferred: Strong digital engagement capabilities, including familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom, and comfort with hybrid selling models.
