This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement strategies for territory and account management to stimulate demand and meet sales goals in the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish reliable relationships with dermatologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and office stakeholders through both face-to-face and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to positively influence prescribing patterns.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance suitable patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan outreach, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Attend and engage in mandatory virtual training sessions from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Travel within the assigned territory, which includes Madera, Fresno, Hanford, Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, Delano, Bakersfield, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Orcutt, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara.
• Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider roles.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will disqualify applicants from consideration.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Capability to stay overnight when necessary, depending on the size of the territory and business needs.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available at this time or in the future.
