Deputy Store Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Together with your Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the store is 100% ready for customers and achieving impressive sales results.

• Ensure that the team possesses a strong Sales Attitude.

• Create a positive and energetic environment where employees thrive and are motivated by sales.

• Communicate, lead, and coach the team within the store.

• Train colleagues in Denmark's best customer service.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on the daily operations and sales results of the store.
