This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with registered investment advisors (RIAs).
• Deliver market insights on industry dynamics, investment focuses, fund introductions, manager activities, and leadership transitions.
• Identify and engage RIAs for speaking roles at conferences, advisory boards, roundtables, and exclusive investor initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Content Director to develop and refine conference agendas.
• Create and implement investor engagement strategies alongside the Global Head of Investor Relations.
• Gather insights from investor meetings to identify trends, survey concepts, panel topics, and content opportunities.
• Maintain records of investor interactions, investment strategies, and market intelligence within Salesforce.
• Represent With Intelligence at industry conferences and networking gatherings.
• Build and engage the audience for approximately three wealth investment conferences each year.
• Enhance allocator engagement and ensure high-quality investor participation across events and initiatives.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior RIAs.
• Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of investment markets, private markets, and alternative assets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of how to qualify RIAs.
• Ability to convert investor feedback into conference sessions, networking opportunities, surveys, case studies, and engagement initiatives.
• Highly organized, with outstanding attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with various teams.
• Strong analytical abilities for spotting market trends and emerging investment themes.
• Proven track record of building relationships and meeting engagement targets.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly for conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
• Previous experience working with RIAs, private markets, or within the financial services sector is preferred.
• A pre-existing network within the RIA or alternative investment community is highly desirable.
• Experience in speaking with senior executives and representing an organization at industry events is preferred.
