This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist the Global Head of Investor Relations in fostering and enhancing relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) within the global alternatives sector.
• Develop and engage an audience for approximately three wealth investment conferences each year.
• Cultivate relationships with senior investors through proactive outreach, in-person meetings, industry events, and ongoing market analysis.
• Identify and recruit RIAs for speaking opportunities at conferences, advisory boards, roundtables, and exclusive investor initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Content Director to design conference agendas that reflect investor interests, emerging trends, and market developments.
• Create and implement investor engagement strategies alongside the Global Head of Investor Relations.
• Gather insights from investor meetings, encompassing market trends, survey ideas, panel topics, and content opportunities.
• Keep precise records of investor interactions, investment strategies, and market intelligence in Salesforce.
• Represent With Intelligence at industry conferences and networking events.
• Enhance With Intelligence’s reputation and visibility among RIAs.
• Boost allocator engagement throughout conferences, advisory boards, and exclusive networking initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality investor participation at approximately three events annually.
• Generate actionable market intelligence to inform conference programming and business strategy.
• Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat engagement within the With Intelligence portfolio.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities with confidence in engaging with senior RIAs.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of investment markets, private markets, and alternative assets.
• In-depth understanding of how to qualify RIAs.
• Ability to convert investor feedback into conference sessions, networking opportunities, surveys, case studies, and engagement initiatives.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong analytical skills for recognizing market trends and emerging investment themes.
• Proven track record in building relationships and meeting engagement targets.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently to conferences, client meetings, and industry events.
• Preferred experience working with RIAs, private markets, or financial services.
• Existing network within the RIA or alternative investment community is highly desirable.
• Prior experience engaging with senior executives and representing an organization at industry events is preferred.
